I work with buyers and sellers across the Bluegrass. Most of my days are in Cynthiana, Paris, Georgetown, and Lexington. I’m a sales associate with Oak & Acre, and I’ve held Kentucky license 276346 since 2022.

My standard is simple: tell the truth, answer the phone, and stay with it until closing. A home value is a talk about condition, recent sales, and timing. A buyer search is a short list for how you live, not every house a website will throw at you.

I work with first-time buyers, people moving up or down, and sellers whose houses are not picture-ready. If the right answer is to wait, fix one thing, or look one county over, that is what I’ll say.
