FAYETTE COUNTY · KENTUCKY
Lexington realtor for buyers and sellers
Lexington has the most homes, and they move faster than Cynthiana or Paris. In-town streets and the edges of Fayette County are not the same market. A small-town plan will sit here. A Lexington price pasted onto a Harrison County farm will scare off the buyers who would have paid a fair number.
I work Lexington for people who want the city, and for people who are willing to trade a few miles north for a different house. I’ll say which one your budget is actually buying.
Why I work in Lexington
I’ll tour Fayette County and still tell you if Georgetown, Paris, or Cynthiana solves the problem for less money or more land.
Communication stays direct. Offers, repair talks, and “is this still available” do not go through a team queue.
In-town Lexington
You pay more to be in town. Condition still decides whether that price holds up at inspection. I look at both before I recommend an offer.
Comparing counties
If you have a monthly number in mind, look at Fayette County and at Scott, Bourbon, or Harrison County in the same week. Put taxes and drive time next to both.
Sellers
Lexington buyers have choices. Pricing, photos, and the first-weekend plan have to respect that. I’d rather list it where the market is than defend a number the showings will not support.
